Despite the best attempts by the Government to reduce the ’red-tape’ with which smaller businesses have to deal, there is still a considerable onus placed on small businesses to fulfil their statutory obligations. The introduction of fines for the late submission of accounts has given an added stimulus to businesses to ensure all documents are prepared and filed in a timely manner.

We will keep the company’s statutory affairs up to date, maintaining all the registers using our Company Secretarial software package. We also ensure compliance with all the other requirements of the Registrar of Companies.
